4. Enter your shipping and billing information.
5. Select your preferred shipping method.
6. Complete your payment.
7. Receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Processing times may be extended during:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

For damaged shipments, please provide:

• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the packaging materials

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only change or cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
